A Church Management program is all about creating an efficiency within the church office. How it accomplishes this task is by integrating the various administerial and financial functions into one package and thereby saving time and money. There are several Church Management programs available for the church or charity and each one of them has different features, capabilities and available support. We have put together a small list of the Church Management programs that we consider amongst the best available in their class but I am continually researching this type of software for improvements and better pricing. One of the main reasons for adding all four of our present Church Management programs is the fact that they have all made significant improvements in the past couple years.
PowerChurch is our current number one best seller, Membership Plus is another great program and Donarius is a very good donour database program.
I use Powerchurch on a regular basis at my own church Faith Tabernacle and I love it ! As an accountant, I'll admit to being a little tough to please when it comes to an accounting program. I simply want all the functionality that a software can offer, with an ease of learning it quickly, that allows me to do the job in as little time as possible and that can offer the reports that a church requires in making good decisions. Normally, this means an "Out-of-box" solution that ends up costing a ton of money. However, I am very much pleased with Powerchurch and it fulfills my "tough to please" expectations. The 1
only one that lags a little behind is Donarius as it is not a full Church Management program quite yet but is well on it's way to it.
